At Translator UK, we never charge for a quotation, no matter how big or small the translation required is. Regardless of the type of document you need translated, our expert administrative staff will be able to evaluate your text and provide you with a quotation, normally within minutes.

In order to expedite your quotation, please send the document(s) through in one of the following formats:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Standard Email
• HTML Email
• Text (.txt or .csv)
• PSD (Photoshop Document) 

Please note that if you do not have the translation in a text-format, such as the above, and all you can do is provide us with a scanned copy of the text, this is also not a problem. Depending on the length of the document in question, we can either quote on an approximate cost, or bill the translation work based on the target text volume.
